I-Buy Store (以下簡稱：本公司)，是傲翔國際物流有限公司 (以下簡稱；傲翔) 旗下的品牌。傲翔作為一間國際物流公司，專營國際貨運代理業務，致力與海外供應商保持一貫良好的合作夥伴關係，建立了穩定的根基。憑藉與供應商緊密的合作和透徹的瞭解，將他們性價比高的產品，誠意推薦及介紹給廣大的客戶認識。
在2019年，傲翔為配合業務發展及巿場需求，利用自身的優勢及經驗，拓展了全新業務品牌名為I-Buy Store，替海外供應商運送價廉物美的產品到客戶手中。
傲翔擔任眾多海外供應商在香港物流中心的角色，產品存放在香港倉庫，並根據訂單分發到世界各地。海外供應商相信本公司與客戶之間的良好網絡及關係，從而可以增加銷售渠道，加快物資流轉及循環。
- 本公司有別於一般的水貨店/代購網店，客戶能夠得到更大的保障。藉著國際物流業務背景支持下，不但具備實體地址，客戶更可以親臨或以其他方式取件及查詢，客戶更為放心便利。
1. 海外供應商的產品出廠時經已通過品質檢測，質量是有保證的。若產品質量有問題，海外供應商承諾三天內非人為損壞，可退回該產品給供應商並更換全新同一產品，運輸費用則由海外供應商自行承擔。
2. 個別海外供應商會就相關產品提供保養，包括檢查費及零件費，退回工廠之運輸費用，需由客人承擔。
3. 產品如有質量異常，本公司可代客戶與海外供應商作出跟進及處理，詳情可與我們聯絡查詢。
4. 個别海外供應商沒有提供保養服務之產品，或產品已過海外供應商定下之保養期。如產品需要送廠維修，零件及來回運輸費用，需由客人承擔。在托運前，所需運輸費用將預先提供給客戶確認作實。本公司會替客戶監察及跟進物流和維修等情況，只代海外供應商收取其相關零件費用。
- 本公司並不從事生產或經銷在海外或其他地區包括香港的任何產品，本公司只是物流公司角色，輔助客戶與供應商協調及處理產品的運送，本公司會承擔由海外至香港之間的國際運輸事宜及其責任。而產品在香港本地運輸過程期間之損壞、遺失、不可抗力因素等影響，本公司概不負責，包括香港本地速遞及郵政服務。
- 本公司只代表海外供應商在香港本地儲存及運送產品的立場，產品風險需由買家承擔。所有產品資料及影像只供閣下參考，海外供應商將盡一切合理性，以確保產品所含資訊之準確，惟本公司只根據海外供應商所提供的資訊顯示。並不就資訊之正確性、完整性及品質為任何形式之保證。但若有問題，本公司會盡力協助客戶作出跟進及協調，惟一切以海外供應商資訊為依歸。
- 專業使用
根據機電署要求，海外購至本港的電器產品，並不建議一般家居使用，下單前請先確保閣下有該等知識及清楚明白安全性及其可能存在風險。
- 費用收取
服務條款及細則內所述之所有費用，均為本公司代海外供應商收取客戶之相關費用。本公司對此不作任何形式之保證，但若有問題，本公司會盡力協助客戶作出跟進及協調，惟一切以海外供應商為依歸。
- 請閣下謹慎考慮及評估各種風險，當選購了生廠商的貨品後，即表示閣下已閱讀、了解並同意接受以上服務條款之所有內容及其風險。故此，本公司亦對不限於利潤、資產、商譽、使用、或任何損失，本公司不承擔任何直接、間接、附帶、衍生性或懲罰性之賠償。

Service Conditions
I-Buy Store (hereinafter referred to as: the company) is a brand of Soarasail International Logistics Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as: Soarasail). As an international logistics company, Soarasail specializes in international freight forwarding business, and is committed to maintaining a consistently good partnership with overseas suppliers and establishing a stable foundation. With close cooperation and thorough understanding with suppliers, we sincerely recommend and introduce their cost-effective products to customers.
In 2019, in order to cope with business development and market demand, Soarasail used its own advantages and experience to expand a new business brand called I-Buy Store to deliver cheap and high-quality products to customers for overseas suppliers.
Soarasail plays the role of many overseas suppliers in the Hong Kong logistics center. Products are stored in Hong Kong warehouses and distributed to all over the world according to shipping orders. Overseas suppliers believe that the good network and relationship between the company and customers can increase sales channels and speed up the circulation and circulation of materials.
- Our company is different from the general parallel import store/online store, customers can get greater protection. With the support of the international logistics business background, not only does it have a physical address, customers can also pick up and make inquiries in person or in other ways, and customers are more assured and convenient.
1. The products of overseas suppliers have passed the quality-control inspection when they leave the factory, and the quality is guaranteed. If there is a problem with the quality of the product, the overseas supplier promises that it will not be damaged by humans within three days, and the product can be returned to the supplier and replaced with a brand new one. The overseas supplier will bear the shipping cost.
2. Individual overseas suppliers will provide maintenance for related products, including inspection fees and parts fees. The shipping costs returned to the factory, which must be borne by the customer.
3. If the quality of the product is abnormal, the company can follow up and deal with it on behalf of the customer and overseas suppliers. Please contact us for details.
4. Some overseas suppliers do not provide products with maintenance services, or the products have passed the warranty period set by the overseas suppliers. If the product needs to be sent to the factory for repair, the cost of parts and transportation shall be borne by the customer. Before consignment, the required transportation cost will be provided to the customer for confirmation in advance. The company will monitor and follow up on logistics and maintenance for customers, and only collect related parts costs on behalf of overseas suppliers.
- The company is not engaged in the production or products sale distribution of any products overseas or in other regions included Hong Kong. The company is only a logistics company, assisting customers and suppliers in coordinating and handling the delivery of products. The company will undertake international transportation from overseas to Hong Kong matters and responsibilities. The company is not responsible for the damage, loss, force majeure and other influences of the product during the Hong Kong local transportation process, including Hong Kong local courier and post services.
- The company only represents the position of overseas suppliers to store and ship products locally in Hong Kong, and the product risk shall be borne by the buyer. All product information and images are for your reference only. Overseas suppliers will do everything reasonable to ensure that the information contained in the products is accurate, but the company only displays information based on the information provided by overseas suppliers. It does not guarantee the correctness, completeness and quality of the information in any form. However, if there are any problems, our company will try our best to assist customers to follow up and coordinate, but all are based on overseas supplier information.
- Professional use
According to the requirements of the Electrical and Mechanical Services Department, electrical products purchased from overseas to Hong Kong are not recommended for general household use. Before placing an order, please ensure that you have such knowledge and clearly understand the safety and possible risks.
- Payment collection
All fees stated in the terms and conditions of the service are related fees collected by the company from customers on behalf of overseas suppliers. The company does not make any form of guarantee, but if there are any problems, the company will try to assist customers to follow up and coordinate, but all rely on overseas suppliers.
- Please carefully consider and evaluate various risks. When you purchase the manufacturer's products, it means that you have read, understood and agreed to accept all the contents and risks of the above terms of service. Therefore, the company also does not bear any direct, indirect, incidental, derivative or punitive compensation for profits, assets, goodwill, use, or any loss.
